UCLA Residency Applications Now Open!

I'm posting this as the UCLA Health applications open up today for Summer 2023. Want to have a chance to connect!

Has anyone who has had a job offer and accepted it received a response from HR yet?

Did anyone hear back from an adult ICU?

Hello,

7ICU and 6ICU interviews have already passed. I am not familiar with 4ICU or 8ICU. I received my job offer for 6ICU on 5/23.

When did you interview with them? I was told that people who typically get job offers receive them in 7-14 days after their interview. If you don't hear back by then, then you will get a letter of rejection  3-4 weeks after your interview. June is the last month they are sending out letters of job offer.

Has anyone heard back from RR 7W? The lady had told me that offers would go out by the end of the month so I'm just pretty anxious!

I interviewed for this unit too and haven't heard back yet!

For those with an offer... is anyone else also a little confused about the wording on their offer letter about their schedule?

Mine says: "You will work 12 hour day shifts and/or day/night rotation including weekends and holidays.” When I interviewed there was no mention of rotating shifts, they just asked me day shift or night shift and I told them I prefer days. When the recruiter called me she told me I would be working days, but may be asked to cover an occasional night shift to fill in staffing gaps. But this offer letter's wording is a little confusing and makes it sound like it could possibly be rotating shifts. Does anyone know exactly what this might mean for the schedule? I emailed Nicholas for clarification but wondering if anyone on here knows.

I was also wondering if anyone knows how much the night differentials, weekend differentials, and holiday differentials are?

My application status just changed to "Interview/Onboarding" but I have not received a call or email about an offer. I interviewed for SM ED.

Expect an offer soon! This is what my portal says.

I have not heard anything and another user also mentioned they haven't heard back either! I did look at last years cohorts forum and the 4ICU offers all sent on the last day June 9th. I wouldn't assume that if you haven't heard back yet that it's a bad sign since everyone has been hearing back at different times depending on the unit. Best of luck ?
