Hello everyone! I wanted to start a thread for the UCLA MSN Fall 2022 cohort since applications are now submitted. Hope we can all support each other through this process.

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.

You can find a link to the full Terms of Service at the bottom of every page.

We wish you success in your Nursing program!

I created a facebook group where we can stay communicated with eachother! I’ll paste the link below! ?

Hi! I don’t have a facebook that I use but have one since I needed to connect candy crush from my old phone to new phone (I know, sad). I’ll be requesting under “Candy Martin” - I know it’s super weird ?

For those of you having to retake physiology, where do you plan on doing it? It looks like most community colleges just started their Spring semester but it’s the most affordable option. Ucla extension offers it for 1050 but even with our employee discount it’s a lot ?

I enrolled in UCSD extension - class is $745, slightly cheaper than UCLA extension. And then can apply for tuition reimbursement from my work.

Where are you seeing $1050? I'm seeing $760 for UCLA extension's physio class - https://www.uclaextension.edu/sciences-math/sciences/course/foundations-human-physiology-physci-x-4526

Hi!!
I was looking at Phys XL3 (https://www.uclaextension.edu/sciences-math/sciences/course/introduction-human-physiology-physci-xl-3) not sure why it cost so much more! Per Mark we can either take Phys 401, 452.6 or XL3 @ ucla extension but I’ll do the cheapest option which is the one you shared.. thanks for sharing it ?

Does your UCSD extension instructor have good reviews? The reviews for the instructor for Phys 452.6 aren’t great but I’ll take that with a grain of salt of course!!

Did anyone actually get an official email from UCLA or any updates to their application? I just got the acceptance email and was told within a week I should hear from UCLA SON with an official acceptance letter and next steps?
