Is anyone applying to the Fall 2012 program ? I have a few questions and I think it would be good to share our concerns regarding the application process here.
I am a preschool teacher and I am applying for 2012. Have very little healthcare volunteer experience and wondering if that really maters. I have some experience looking after a family member who had a stomach surgery and chemo.
Hello. Wow, I felt lucky. I got rejected everywhere like western, azuza, western, arizona, csula, hawaii, but got accepted into UCLA MECN!! My overall and prereq gpa was 3.3 bio major from UCI, excellent letters of rec, and essay. Now 23 entering into 24 starting soon! I am suprised u 4.0's did get wailisted.. good luck.. I will be taking nursing 50 epi and speech 1A to fullfill prereqs. Look forward to seeing u guys. I plan to do 2 years UCLA, 2 years USF for DNP family med nurse practioner. Sincerly, Omar Anas

Did everyone that was on the waitlist and got accepted receive the email from UCLA Graduate Division with the link to their official acceptance letter?? I'm still waiting for mine.

Thanks Sai A! I joined the Western page since I was accepted there first and thought it was great for communicating, especially for the months leading up to the program. Maybe some of the students from the previous cohorts can join too for a little to help us newbies out. :)
