Is anyone applying to the Fall 2012 program ? I have a few questions and I think it would be good to share our concerns regarding the application process here.
I am a preschool teacher and I am applying for 2012. Have very little healthcare volunteer experience and wondering if that really maters. I have some experience looking after a family member who had a stomach surgery and chemo.
@junealex - i'm right there with you, in 30s...waitlisted. please keep in touch and let me know if you hear from ucla. i really hope to get in. i got accepted to 4 others school in california area, but ucla is my first choice! i really want to go to ucla. fingers crossed!!!
i heard that few, if not many who got accepted to ucla are waiting for CSULA to accept them. i believe that CSULA will notify accepted students in early April. I'm hoping to hear a good news from UCLA by early April!
@jungdt - I applied to csula too - FYI we're supposed to find out this week whether or not we got in. I've pretty much decided I'm attending UCLA though.
how long did it take to receive an email from the graduate division? Do you guys know if we can enroll in nursing 50 only after we are officially admitted into the university?

I'm wait listed have a 3.8 overall and prerequisite EMT 48 hrs a week for a year and 3 years of research experience and very involved in school n community and hospital volunteer .... Crossing my fingers that I get in
4.0 pre-req, 3.5 from undergrad, a year of volunteer experience, oversees volunteer experience, i already have M.A. (3.8 gpa), and none-healthcare related working experiences. i'm waitlisted.
