UCF Spring 2018

Published

Hello future nurses,

I couldn't find a forum discussing the UCF Spring 2018 Traditional BSN program so I started my own. Is anyone planning on apply to the UCF Spring 2018 Traditional program? If so, what campus? Daytona or Coco? Why did are you choosing that campus? I'm really sad that they don't have a Spring program in Orlando.

I'm leaning toward Daytona, but the rent for the apartments are kind of pricey.

DECISIONS ARE OUT

Accepted! Hope to meet you guys soon :)

Yes. Just got the email.. Conditional acceptance....

I got in to the Daytona Campus!!!!! Congrats everyone!!

I was waitlisted, do people even ever make it in from the waiting list, is there even a point?

I guess I am not going to worry about walking over there today....

I would rsvp, many people apply to both and as they accept one the other program might open up! I was waitlisted for both but remain hopeful. There are so many factors that could move you up, failure to background check or pass drug test, realizing too far of a commute or too costly, etc...

They basically said the waitlist hardly gets used and that you would basically have to rush to get all the necessary paper work in on time! So it's basically pointless.

Just got the email, I got into Cocoa!

I made a Facebook group for the Daytona class!!

Search "UCF BSN Daytona C/O 2019"

:D

Yes. They took someone the day before classes started from the list last year.

For those of you on the waiting list, keep hope and stay positive. People are called from the waitlists for many reasons, sometimes people drop off, change their mind, figure out they don't want to move, don't get their paperwork done. I have two friends who were placed on the waitlist for UNF Nursing this past semester, one got called early, the other got called on the first day classes started. And there were others in between them who got called. Daytona and Cocoa are smaller campuses and its in Spring which is a more awkward time for many to start programs so keep up hope!
