UCF ABSN Summer 2020

I haven't seen a thread for this upcoming cycle yet. The application opens in January and I was wondering if anyone else was planning on applying.

For me it looks like only the document manager is the older version, but it has the right code so I'm afraid that if I purchase it again I will still be buying the 2019 one. Has anyone else done this?

I purchased it based on the information we just received, and it has the deadlines dated to last year. If that’s the part you’re worried about, then you should be fine! They probably just haven’t updated the deadlines for our program yet.

The Medical Manager that I purchased appears as Summer 2019 Admits so hopefully that's the only one I would have to repurchase, I had already done the drug test before they sent out the email so hopefully, I don't have to repurchase that one.

Ohh I understand now. I definitely would try emailing them before you repurchase it because they might be able to transfer it over. Either way, at least we have extra time to complete many of the items!

The reason why I had bought it is because with everything going on I was afraid they would close the labs and I wouldn't meet the deadline. If anyone has purchased the drug test that just came out please let me know what it looks like or if it says Summer 2020 admits or anything like that. Thank you.

If we take the CPR course through american heart, does anyone know which course it is? Is it just the BLS?

There’s a certain one for healthcare providers so it might be that one

Even for just healthcare providers, there the ACLS, PALS for pediactric. I think the BLS covers everything they outlined, but I wanted to make sure before I took the wrong one LOL. I wanted to do the one offered on campus, but they don't fit in my work schedule.

I bought my packets weeks ago through this link and they're all the same codes so hopefully it doesn't matter and we don't have to repurchase a package.

I don't know if she had sent this email out to everyone, but she said they're offering CPR off campus at a different location and that schedule will be released soon but it looks like the class should be the BLS course for health care providers.
