UCF ABSN Summer 2020

Published

I haven't seen a thread for this upcoming cycle yet. The application opens in January and I was wondering if anyone else was planning on applying.

Quick question.. For the Clinical requirements section, does anyone else's say 'Overdue'? For some reason mine is showing a due date of 05/28/19 but I'm not sure why..

Also do you guys know when all of the medical/immunization records are due to the Medical Document Manager? I know the immunization records for the university are due before transfer orientation, but it says we need a form filled out for a physical and a bunch of other stuff for the nursing school and it doesn’t say when that’s due. (Also I cant find the medical document manager)

Hey guys I had to delete the group and make it again cause it wouldn't stay on private settings so if you want to join again its back up..it still has the same name!

I'm hoping they send out an e-mail detailing more on this because I honestly don't even know where to start on that.

Hey all! I've accepted and just wondering what waiver you all are talking about. So far I haven't received much information by email.

I think its all due on Castlebranch. I was reading the UCF nursing handbook that's on the accepted students website and if you scroll towards the end of it you can see all the medical forms you have to fill out.

There was a website posted earlier where there are instructions for the background check and fingerprints. https://nursing.ucf.edu/admissions/bachelors-degrees/accepted/campus-based-BSN/

If you go to the section for it and click second degree applicants it will take you to the website for the background check. The waiver shows up automatically after you make an account on castlebranch.

Thank you! I'm from out of state and didn't have to complete a waiver when I made an account. Hope I didn't miss something!

When you order the Medical Document Manager, just like you ordered the background check and fingerprint, it generates a new section on your To-Do List which is Clinical Requirements Section. It tells you all the immunizations that need to be documented, the forms for your physical exam, the TB screening form, etc..

Ahhh I haven’t done this yet... thank you!!

Yes mine says that too. I’m sure it’s just a typo!

Thank you!

I'll be moving to Orlando in May. Is anyone looking for a roommate?
