I was recently accepted to this program and wanted to see if anyone else has applied or is currently enrolled?

I just applied to the Fall 2020 cohort as well, however I am awaiting to hear if I have been accepted or not.

my interview wasn’t through zoom. It was some website that had recorded videos of the admissions officer asking the interview questions. After each question, my camera would turn on and start recording for me to answer the question in I think was 3 minutes. I think it was supposed to feel like a live interview but at your own leisure. All I did was reread my essays to prepare so I kind of went in blind and everything was fine. My interview was back in February so I don’t really remember the exact questions. Good luck to you!

Just remembered more! One was about what your scholarly project would be or what your interests are for your project. I think there were a couple “name a time when” questions. Like interactions with coworkers and patients or when you made a mistake and how you fixed it. And one was like what does diversity mean to you

Do you remember if you are able to review notes during that 1 minute they give you before you have 3 minutes to answer?

@kittymold did you apply for the priority consideration? I had applied in January 2021 for Fall 2021 start and have not heard back. Does this mean I’m no longer being considered?

Yeah I applied in time for priority and was informed of the decision beginning on Feb. I know last year they kept extending the application deadline so maybe they’re doing the same this time. You could always reach out to them to find out

Yes I did reach out and found out that I was not selected to move on to interview. Thanks.

I plan on applying to the program and wanted to know how competitive it is to get in to their BSN-DNP program? Any insight would be appreciated. thank you!
