Thank you! It’s for the Oncology/ BMT unit.

congrats! I was wondering where you did your senior preceptorship?

Congrats to those who have heard news!

Anyone have any idea how long the process of applications changing from “under review” to “routed”? Just wondering if it is a few day process or more like a couple weeks?

Those that were routed for further consideration, if you don’t mind me asking, did you specify a specific unit you wanted to be in? I’m curious what units have reached out so far.

I submitted on 11/2 and mine did not change till 12/2

Thanks! It was on a Med-Surg/Oncology floor.

I actually was most interested in L&D or NICU (that's what I specified in my CL) but I was placed in Med-Surg/Oncology for my last clinical or "preceptorship" & that's what UCD reached out to interview me for.

Specializes in RN, MSN, ex-CNA.

@Am1240  I'm surprised people are hearing back this quickly, I talked to nurses who went through this program and they didn't hear back till January in past years. I think UCD really needs nurses...

@Charlotteee Yes I hope that they will continue to reach out to others. Fingers crossed that this is just the beginning ?

I think they're most likely going through candidates from when they submitted it. My status just changed and I submitted it on 11/5 for those that are waiting!

have you gotten a call yet?

Hi guys, my status has been changed to "Routed for Further Consideration," but I haven't still gotten any call or email. Does anybody have an update?

Specializes in new grad nurse.

Hi everyone, my application still says, "application under review" and I submitted it on 11/06/2021. I'm so worried and nervous to think if they didn't consider me ?

From past threads, it seems that most people's statuses changed later, so I wouldn't be too disheartened! It seems they started reviewing slightly earlier this year. I did read that they are really strict on the formatting of the application, so as long as you followed all the instructions on how to submit everything. I haven't heard anything after my status change. From my understanding, they make sure your application has everything before they send it off to different units (usually the one you precepted in). It could take weeks before the unit reviews it and decides to interview you (6 weeks prior to start date).
