I know it's early but decided to start one!

I heard the exact opposite from a nurse manager and that they hired too many for the July cohort & barely have room to hire for the october cohort. I feel like this application round has been such a mess, and there hasn't been any straightforward answers.

Oooh interesting. I just asked a former coworker and he confirmed that the July cohort was small. Basically almost impossible to get into. I wonder though if the nurse manager you talked to is implying that there will be even less people for the October cohort.

Their Spring cohort that started in March was the largest cohort they've had so I'm thinking this caused less new grad opportunities for fall cohort

I don't know how long it took to hear back but I applied back in April and got a phone call from HR end of June.
Bummer, I applied back in April too. I was just curious if anyone was checking the site as religious as me and knew how long it took between it changing to an interview offer
Has anyone that knows they have been routed to Med Surg for Oct been offered an interview yet? I am just curious if it's worth waiting at this point or if they have already started interviewing

Also, anyone applying else where and having a hard time hearing back. I've been applying to other hospitals and haven't received a call. Going to work on my resume but is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks
Hi, I have been routed to PCU since April. I emailed HR and they said that they will send out interviews throughout this month. I have also applied elsewhere too within the Sacramento County and have not had any call backs.

Hey! I've also been applying everywhere, even New grad positions are denying my classmates and I.... not sure what is going on.
