Hey my fellow new grad nurses! I just wanted to start a thread for those applying to the UC Davis RN Residency program for the August and October 2018 start dates. The application opens May 2-9. Let's keep each other updated and informed about our application/interview processes and for any additional info you may receive from other sources about the residency program (i.e. people who work there, if you did clinicals there, any info you receive from nursing recruitment).

Had an interview a couple of weeks ago. I think their last day of interviews is this coming up on Monday but I'm not sure...just curious on if anyone has heard back

Hi everyone! I wanted to post an update that I received an offer today for UCDMC Birthing Center/ Women's Pavilion floor. I interviewed on June 11 and will tentatively start on August 20 as long as my license is processed through California's BON in time. Good luck to everyone else while waiting for your offers to come in!

I plan on applying for Davis's next new grad cycle coming up in November. I was curious at what point references/letters of rec are required. Is it a part of the initial application submission? hard to tell from their website. Thanks!
