Hello everyone! Just wanted to create a forum for UC Davis' New Grad RN Residency March 2026 Cohort which opened today. Good luck to all those that are applying!

This is my 2nd time too! Good luck! My portal says 'reviewed' 😰 I'm very nervous. I know it takes a while to get through all the applications though.

Just got a notification on LinkedIn that all applications have been reviewed by HR. The top applicants are being sent to departments for further consideration on a rolling basis.

The update came from Jennifer Mazzucca on Linkedin.

Yeah I saw that notification this morning. Hopefully in the upcoming weeks our applications will change to routed!

My application changed to "routed" today and I know of several others that have had theirs change as well!! Fingers crossed for all of you!

what area was your preceptorship in if you don't mind me asking? I heard they base your placement off that

I did my preceptorship in the PICU... but I also know people that did theirs in ED, ICU and people that did not do their preceptorships at Davis that have gotten routed. I don't think that there is a pattern for applications getting routed from what I can tell. I don't think it's by unit as someone also in the PICU got theirs routed hours mine so don't read into it too much.
