UALR 2019 NURSING APPLICANTS

Hey y’all ! I wanted to start a forum for the 2019 applicants for UALRS nursing program! I have a 3.2 in my nursing prerequisites and a 2.8 gpa with the university! I have all prerequisites done except for Chem ( I am currently taking micro now, spring 2019) And I am hoping to get accepted into the accelerated program. I thought this forum would be useful for us to keep up with what’s going on as far as letters going out , and program requirements!

I did. Maybe that's why I didn't receive that email. I don't know.

They sent that email to my regular email and my ualr one. Have you checked both I recieved it at 1:49 on the 16th

Yes I went this semester and didn’t receive it in either email. Two of my friends didn’t receive it as well and they UALR as well.

I just checked both no email. So I guess we will all know something by Monday.

Hopefully we will. My GPA for pre-requiset is a 3.1 now and overall is 3.39.

Has anyone heard from Ualr today? They said we would know something by today and I haven’t received anything yet.

I emailed mr. Vickers and he said we should get an acceptance or denial email with in the next few days. And that they are compiled with spring grades right know

Ah! Alright. Ugh I’m just stressing.. this is to much.. if we get accepted we legit start classes next Tuesday!

Also, has anyone else applied anywhere else? If you do get denied. Stay positive though!! Praying..

Ik we would have to do orientation either Thursday or Saturday and get everything done with finacial aid and all of that

just ugh... very last minute.

We also have to have our classes paid by the first day of class.

Ik its alot to do and we have to go put the ualr stamp ironed on or stitched to the scrubs. All I have to do is sign up for the classes and my finacial aid if I have any for the summer will go on there automatically but I work at uams so I can get 50% from them but I have to send in the application to get the money. I am just as stressed
