Has anyone else applied for the Fall programs at UAB? I applied for the ACNP program. Just anxiously waiting to hear back at this point. I noticed in the past there have been groups. I figured I would start one. Anyone willing to share their stats?

I had to take the GRE but I have 8, almost 9 years of ER experience, CEN, CCRN and great recs. I do live out of state and I hear that counts against you.

I still can't create a blazernet. And I'm sorry for posting I got my acceptance letter. My husband called and told me I got into Alabama and I assumed UAB, but it was USA. However, I got an e-mail either today or yesterday regarding orientation date changes. I e-mailed Jacque to see if that meant we were accepted because I hadn't received a letter. She told me I was accepted and the letter was coming!

SCRN060584- Oh GodBless you for clarifying! I was seriously having an anxiety attack for 3 weeks wondering what my (rejection/acception) letter was. Well I'm so happy for you to be accepted to soo many schools! Have you decided where you're going to go yet? I still have to wait until I return home from my trip to check my mailbox. This has been gut wrenching, But I am relieved that I'm not the only one that cannot log into Blazernet. I got the same Email from Jacque too so I don't know if that means I was accepted. I'm trying to not get my hopes up!

I'm not sure, I'm having a hard time deciding. I'm leaning most towards MUSC because I live in Charleston and they have the #2 program in the nation. But then there's the prestige of George Washington and UAB. But then thinking about travel expenses and lodging and finding preceptors. I'm just not 100% sure.

I just got my letter! I was Accepted!!
