I don't think one has been started yet. I searched for one earlier and nothing came up.

I will also be attending UofT in September! I'm going to commute from Mississauga for the first little bit and then try and to find a place downtown! Super excited to meet everyone!!!!

Hi All,

I know this might be a little biased of a thread to be asking as you are all technically U of T students now, but I am wondering what made you choose U of T?

Did you have any other offers or deliberations? I am currently trying to choose between Mac accelerated nursing or U of T. Does anyone have any insight?

Hey! I'm also currently deciding between the two programs.

I graduated from McMaster so I can tell you that the Mac nursing program, whether 4-years or accelerated, is amazing. It is a very supportive academic environment from both your peers, upper years, and faculty members. You can expect a lot of problem-based learning (PBL) classroom environments, so the ability to work in groups is a must. The campus is gorgeous. The placement opportunities may be less varied than what U of T has to offer (only 4 hospitals in Hamilton).

If anyone can provide some insight into U of T's program, I would love to hear what it has to offer!

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone else has paid their $500 dollar deposit? I sent my certified cheque in a few days ago by mail and was wondering how will we know that the school received it? Will they indicate somewhere online that they have received it? If anyone knows please let me know!

I haven't yet, I don't know if I will be living on or off campus at this point
