Has anyone else applied for CRNA at U Pitt of 2016? Anxiously awaiting word on interviews.
I am preparing to apply for 2017, and I'm confused about something. There is an application on UPitt's website but it appears they are also on NursingCAS and that is how most people here have applied. Did you have to do both the nursingCAS application AND the application on their website?
Also, for those who interviewed already what was it like? Did they ask clinical questions? Who interviewed you (students, faculty, etc.)? Thanks
I'm still in disbelief - I just got a phone call today for an offer! I look forward to meeting the rest of you and best of luck to the rest!
Got mine on the 29th. Took me by surprise as well. I thought I would be waiting until March to hear one way or another after not hearing back prior to Xmas. Looking forward to meeting you cats next year!

You can apply via NursingCAS if they have all of your transcripts and letters there already. It may reduce the redundancy, but not entirely. You do need to apply via the school website as a supplemental application. If most of your stuff is in NursingCAS, you shouldn't have to worry about adding too much to the school app. That's the way I went and found it to be pretty successful, obviously.

Received my offer as well! I still can't believe it.
