U.K. nurse: hospital based or care home based?

Hi! I am currently in the first stage of NMC registration to become a UK nurse. I still don't have any employer and I'm looking for a really stable one. I would like to know what's your stand in care homes in UK and if working in the hospital is a better decision. An agency told me that care homes offer a higher salary and also assist during the NMC registration and other stuff. Especially those who are currently working in UK, is it stable to work in care homes? (caringhomes.org)

Personally I would go for hospital to start with whilst you get used to the UK nursing. Nursing homes, you tend to be very much on your own with little support
