Tycos Original Harvey Double Head Stethoscope

I know there have been many threads on stethoscopes, but I couldn't find one that mentioned the Tycos Original Harvey Double Head Stethoscope.

I was given this as a gift for starting nursing school. The person who gave it to me isn't in the medical profession, so I wanted to check with people who may have used it.

Is this stethoscope a good quality one or should I buy a different one? I have read great things about Littmanns, but they are so expensive and I don't want to buy one if this scope will work.
