Hello everyone! I tried to search for a thread for TWU Houston Spring 2016 applicants but I couldn't find it so I decided to make one. I have read multiple threads from the past TWU applicants and I cant seem to figure out where I stand because some got accepted with low GPA but high TEAS score while others high GPA but low TEAS score. A little bit confused on how TWU determine their candidates.
Is anyone else applying to TWU this Spring? If so what's your stats?
My stats:
GPA: 4.0
TEAS: 76
No previous degree
4 TWU preference ( not sure if this gonna help or not anymore)
Hello everyone and CONGRATS to those accepted, for those who were not don't give up, Keep trying!
I was accepted to the TWU Dallas Spring 2016 program and I wanted to post my stats for those who would like to know, as I always wanted to know for myself :)
TEAS V - 87.36% Overall
GPA - 4.0
TWU "bump" - Yes I did the minimum 32 credits in Denton (for those who still can take some courses at TWU for prerequisites, my advisor said this was the most important contribution to help me get accepted)
*On a side note it took me 3 years to do all of my prerequisites because I knew what was at stake and that I would not have been able to get a 4.0 if I had taken too many courses at any given semester...so my advise is if possible spread out your courses over Maymester and even Summer to give yourself the best chance possible to get those A's!
