TWU Spring 2021 Applicants

Hello everyone,

Are you applying to Houston, Dallas traditional, or Dallas N&W? I am applying to TWU Dallas traditional in August for Spring 2021. Right now I am finishing up some nursing core classes and I plan on taking the TEAS over the Summer if corona virus allows it. I also have TWU preference points that helped my admission score a lot.

What is your admission score? As of Spring 2020 admissions, to calculate your admission score, you can use the Google spread sheet. Download the file to put in your classes and grades.

My advisor said that the competitive range is between 50 and 55 for Dallas traditional.

So maybe that is the acceptance letter into TWU, but not nursing program? I am checking my email like crazy now ?

Yeah probably, I don't know why it would be Dallas though?

I would assume if one person receive the acceptance letter, some other people would either get the acceptance letter or rejection letter and not just one person getting it. If assuming the letters go out at the same time and not individually.

Yeah it's hard to imagine that only one person out of all of us would have gotten an email. Plus it's a Saturday. I think emails will go out on Monday.

Yeah I agree because I applied for the dallas program and I haven’t received anything

Last round, the emails went to your nursingCAS email not TWU email. 

First paragraph looks like this:

On behalf of the College of Nursing, it is my great pleasure to inform you that you have been accepted for admission to the upper-division Traditional nursing program at the TWU Dallas Center for the Fall 2020 semester. As you are aware, admission to our College of Nursing is a highly competitive process. We commend you on your credentials that make you eligible for admission.  I am confident you will find our baccalaureate nursing program is taught by very talented faculty and supported by an extremely dedicated staff.
