Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

I got a similar rejection letter for spring 2019. But I retook the TEAS and go in this time! I think it just means that you qualified but they didn't have enough seats.

hey, y'all! I got accepted to the Houston program, but I already got accepted at UTHealth so I will be declining. if anyone applied to Houston and didn't get in, a spot just opened for you. congratulations to those of you who have been accepted!!!!

Also, I was reading the acceptance packet and it mentioned the NCLEX??? This sounds so dumb but are we about to take it?

No, the NCLEX is the RN licensure exam you take after you've graduated with your BSN. You have to take the NCLEX to be licensed as an RN.
