Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.
I'm going to take my daughter to Chuck E Cheese for a school fundraiser. That should keep me busy for a few hours. Prayers that we hear back today.
Also I am very interested in labor/delivery, because when I had my daughter those nurses were a blessing and made that experience. I want to be that for others ?

Maybe this will help us pass the time, maybe not... But what area of nursing are you guys interested in?
For me, I am not sure. I have a Masters in Public Health and have worked in prevention and healthy living for almost 8 years and it's an area I love and am passionate about. I'm thinking something that connects the two fields would be perfect!
Not 100%, but leaning towards NICU.

well...i actually asked that question the other day LOL but all they said was the "competitiveness" was about the same as last Fall (2018)...i really hope its not that competitive this time around...I will say Fall 2017 someone got in on the first try to the Traditional program with 51pts...so positive vibes!
