TWU Nursing Applicants - Fall 2019

Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

Quick question, do we pick our professors or does the school? I have heard both from different people which is quite confusing. Also, from what I have seen so far, barely any of the professors available for the first semester courses are on rate my professor ?

Maybe I need to go the info sessions seriously tomorrow because idk why one advisor would say a couple more weeks and another says by the end of this week or beginning of next....

Derrick Echoles, but I do not think he is the nursing coordinator. His email is [email protected] if anyone wants to email him though.

I had emailed Cheryl Maddux who helped me with all my questions during admissions and she is the one who told me "hopefully by the end of the week" but so far it looks like it may be next week.

I think she was asking the person who said they were just told it was going to be a couple more weeks but why do you think it may be next week? Ugh we would be the application cycle who has to wait the LONGEST for a decision ?

Hmmm she told me that too earlier this week but then someone emailed someone else the exact same day and was told this week or next week...and I was told processing only take 7-9 weeks...none of the other advisors to my knowledge has mentioned anything about mid/late April...only her
