TWU Nursing Applicants - Fall 2019

Published

Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

Hey guys!

I am applying to TWU Dallas nursing program for Spring 2020 and was wondering if it made any difference with me applying with an associates in Art?

Well my nerves got the best of me and I emailed my advisor. She said decisions will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.??‍♀️ I'm gonna die with this waiting game yall ?

Next couple of week?! ?

Hmmm someone emailed the general nursing email and was told tomorrow or next week and I spoke with an advisor who said processing takes 7-9 weeks and this is week 8

No....only TWU preference or bachelors degree get extra points

I hate they don’t have a nursing coordinator right now because it seems like none of the advisors are on the same page!

Is that the reason for the delay do you think?

Honestly I do! When Mrs Close was there she seem to always give a date when decision would be sent out

Ugh, this is frustrating hearing so many different dates. ?

How do you guys keep busy and try not to think about all this??

Exactly if it was going to “mid/late April” then the eligibility email should have said that instead of late March early April....I might go to the info session tomorrow morning

We do have a nursing coordinator at TWU
