Has anyone on here gone through TWU's CRNA program? Specifically the distance learning option. If so, can you give some insight into the program's layout in terms of what a typical week looks like during each semester? I will be done with my BSN program in August and plan on working in a MICU when I'm done. I have a wife and small children. I'm just trying to figure out if this is a feasible option for me in the future.

So I will be in the cohort which starts this year but from what I know from my colleagues who have recently finished the program and those who are currently in the program, it is intense. If you are choosing the distance portion you will be required to attend the university at the start of the first 2 semesters for 2 weeks. This time will be used for orientation, meet and greets with professors, and be used for time in the simulation lab. The semester usually runs Mon, Wed, Fri and students are required to be present at the distance learning location during the duration of lecture. I believe students need at least a B- to move on to the next portion of the program. Hope this gave you a little bit of insight brotha.
