First test was negative, zero reaction.
Results of second test:
[Reaction site] slightly, but noticeably raised, approximately 20 mm, harder or more firm that the surrounding skin, would you consider this reaction positive?

I did a google search. This article seems to address your question in the first few paragraphs. Check it out:

Hope this helps.

If anything was raised 20 mm off of my skin I would say so.
What did your PCP say?
Sorry, I meant to say that it was 20 mm length.
I just got my second test done this afternoon and several hours later, where the test was administered began to itch a little. And soon after the itching stopped, I developed this lump that feels like it's more in the layers of my skin, rather than something on top of my skin (like how a blister would feel).
I volunteer at the hospital tomorrow morning. Should I have someone look at it then or wait the 48 to 72 hours?

Wait the 48 to 72 hours. I just went through the certification class at my hospital and you could be having a skin reaction.
I will be praying for a skin reaction. Thanks so much.

I agree wait the 48 to 72 hrs....and do not itch it, rub it or anything else that could irritate it.
As of about 36 hours later, it has quadrupled in size. There is a center within the raised area that is also raised.
