I've been reading other threads and random job ads talking about hospitals having tuition reimbursement or helping with student loans. How does this work?
Is it tuition reimbursed for your time during nursing school, or is it if you want to continue your education while you work there they will pay for it? If it was for past tuition how do you prove it?
And for hospitals helping with student loans, is it only gov't or bank loans? My family loaned me the money to go back to school, do hospital recruitment initiatives have programs that would help with that kind of student loan?
I know the basic answer would be to ask the HR recruiter at the hospital I'm looking at, but I don't have any particular hospital in mind right now.
I'm just wondering how it works generally....
