I just got offered a job in the ER at Tufts and I wanted to see what nurses working their thought if it? I am a lil concerned about working for a unionized hospital and the fact that they just were almost on strike. What are the feelings of the nurses working there? DO you like it? How is the ED? Is it busy? and most of all is it safe? Any feedback would be awsome!

Been following that whole situation in complete... I don't even know. Disbelief? Resignation? Disgust? Doesn't quite cover it. I want to go tomorrow; anyone else going?

I was tempted to drive by there on my way home this evening just so I could honk my horn in solidarity but it's kind of out of my way.
