You're talking about two different bags (tube feed bag/bottle and water bag / bottle) so I'm not clear what you're asking.
The tube feeding bag / bottle should last a little over 15 hours if it is a 1 liter bag / bottle, and the water bag / bottle should last a little over 22 hours if it is a 1 liter bag / bottle.
Two diff bags on a tube feed pump.

So when you ask how long it would take to empty the full 1000ml bag, the 1000 ml bag of what?
I see. I meant 1000ml tube feed and seperate bag for auto flush on a kangaroo pump.
If you hung a 1000ml tube feeding at 6pm running at 65ml per hour then that would run until the time you're saying the feeding is prescribed to finish, 8 am, with some left over (which would be discarded since tube feeding is usually only good for 24 hours once hung).
Manufacturer says once spiked it can hang 48 hours. Nestle health science brand. Use for a maximum of 48 hrs after connection.
So the 14 hrs 6pm-8am including the automatic 45ml flushes ever hour. For a kangaroo pump set up.

This might be what the manufacturer says but many facilities have stricter policies than the manufacturers. For instance, every hospital I have worked at made you discard the old bag and get a new one at the 24 hour mark.
