Trying to register for UExcel is confusing!

Hi everyone :) I'm trying to register for my first UExcel test on-line (A&P) and it's asking me for a "license code". I've e-mailed Excelsior's general testing department as well as my "advisor" and can not seem to get a response! I'm frantic! The person at PearsonVue says I need to register right away as she's running out of seats, but I can't register with her until I complete registration (and pay) for my test on the Excelsior web site. Can anyone having tested with an UExcel test through Excelsior answer this question for me? I fear my LPN to RN is going to be over before it even begins! :confused:
