Trying to get license in PA - Questions!

hello all!

i'm in the process of getting ready to move to the pittsburgh, pa area in the next month or so. so i'm filling out all the paper work to receive my lpn license in the state. i filled out the license by endorsement form. i noticed you need to get your license verified in the state that you're currently practicing in. i'm in wv so i am able to use the nursys.com to verify my license.

my question is or questions are:

1. how does the nursys.com site work?

2. when i fill out the application for my license in pa how do i fill it out properly to let them know that i used this nursys.com site? do i need to call them to let them know or will they just know to check the site for my verification?

if anyone can help this little bit of confusion i seem to be having, that would be wonderful!

from bon regs:

verification of license must be sent directly to the pa board of nursing from the licensing authority where you passed the nclex or sbtpe licensing examination.

complete the top section of this form and submit to your original licensing authority or, if applicable, contact the national council verification website at

www.nursys.com.
