U.S.A. California
Published Dec 1, 2004
I'm interested in moving to California after completing my nursing degree. I'm doing an accelerated BSN at U of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Because this is a non-traditional program, I need to verify that it's acceptable under California standards. I've searched the California BON website for some kind of standard, but they only list accredited nursing schools within the state.
Has anyone had experience with researching this sort of thing, or knows of a resource I can use? It would be much appreciated!

E-mail the Board of CA and ask them. They are nice and will answer your e-mail in just a day or so. I have the same question as u do and they told me that my school in Chicago is approved.:chuckle
