Curious, has anyone heard of or dealt with trustaff and medical solutions?

i looked into trustaff. i was not pleased the recruiters slow response to return my phone calls. i also did not like the fact the recruiter told me they will take out 300-400 dollars a month out of my paycheck for housing. i declined an assignment with them because of this and other factors mentioned.
they also do not give the rental car option. i did not feel a sense of trust with this company. so i continued my search. i am with integrated nursing alliance, ina (www.inanurisng.com) i am very very pleased thus far.
THanks FAMU..ill check their website out, im still deciding and waiting who comes up with the best offer..Medical soln. still top of my list..

BE VERY CAREFUL with Trustaff. I came minutes away from signing a contract with them. A year ago I probably would have not caught their hidden language. My recruiter told me one thing, and his boss said something totally different. When they say "they will take care of your apartment" They mean that they will pay for it up front, and then take it out of your check. I won't work for a company who says one thing and means something totally different. BE CAREFUL!! I really wanted the assignment they were offering me, but

I have been with Medical Solutions for 2+ years and haven't had one single problem with them. The paperwork is easy to interpret and breaks everything down for you. My housing and housing package is always excellent. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

I did several assignments with Medical Solutions and never had a problem with them. I had great housing and if any problems with my assignment came up they were always taken care of quickly. If they had an assignment in an area I wanted to work in I would not hesitate to travel with them again.

I have completed several travel assignments with Trustaff. I don't have any complaints but I do have a really good recruiter. I will admit the pay was a bit confusing at first but that's because i didn't understand the "tax advantage" plan they pay their nurses on. The bottom line is I net'd almost $150 more a week than with my previous travel company.

I worked for Medical Solutions on a travel contract and had a terrible experience. Never, never work for them. It would take me too long to enumerate the problems but I'll give some examples. My recruiter lied about the ratio; lied about the 36 hour week guarantee; lied about the pay; lied about the health insurance. Further, when I complained about being called off from guaranteed work hours, the recruiter told me not to worry since the hospital was required to offer make up shifts...never happened. When I called them on it, the hospital stated they had offered me these but that I refused. I contacted the DON and asked to speak directly with whomever stated that I had turned down shifts. After a time she responded that this was a mistake and that they had called me on my cell phone and I had not answered. When I stated that I'd bring in my cell phone records to prove that this did not happen, she was flustered and said, it "must have happened another way". Medical Solutions did not back me up and had me fight this battle alone. When the DON finally said that she did owe me according to the contract, Medical Solutions refused to pay me but only after I had finished the contract. This was but one of the nightmares they put me through. If they call...leave skid marks.

I am currently working with Medical Solutions and my recruiter, Cole, is fabulous. I have traveled with other companies before, and Medical Solutions has been the best for me. I have not had any problems, my housing is amazing, and I am guarenteed hours, and believe me, I do work my guarenteed hours.
