I did an assignment in VA right outside of Richmond and made $31.00 an hour plus furnished housing which was a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo.

I did several assignments with Liquid Agents and never had any problems. My recruiter was great. She still keeps in touch with me even when I am on assignment with another company. I plan to do more assignments with them in the future.

I did several assignments with Medical Solutions and never had a problem with them. I had great housing and if any problems with my assignment came up they were always taken care of quickly. If they had an assignment in an area I wanted to work in I would not hesitate to travel with them again.

I can't tell you which companies are best, but I can tell you I would never work for Medical Express or any AMN owned travel company again. They treat you like a number not a person and are not concerned with your needs as a nurse.

I have been traveling for almost 4 years. I only do Labor and Delivery and have never had a problem getting a new contract. I think it depends on the company you work for and how good your recruiter is. I also have great benefits. Again I think it all comes down to the company you are traveling with.
