True or false.....eager to know

I would like to know if there are facilities that hire new grads (LPN) that havn't taken the boards. I thought perhaps a time frame is given to the new grad providing that proof is shown to the DON that they have passed the exam to continue working as an LPN. I was told there are places that does this,if so where?

Happy New Year. Where do you live and how long did you work for prior to taking the boards.
