Trouble remembering signs and symptoms

Hi all. I am fairly new to this forum, and I was wondering if anyone has any rememering devices for signs and symptoms. I have takedn the NCLEX a few times now and always have the max questions. The one thing I always get wrong is signs and symptoms for diseases, especially pick all that apply. I keep studing them by books and dvds and they just don't stick, or I mix them up. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

you can use a simlpe drawing and use different colors it will make it easier for u to remember that worked for me :)

Have you tried using "the memory notebook of nursing"?

I heard that IT can be alot of help for studying that.

I've seen similar notebooks to the one u recommended but never actually bought one.

The one u've recommended, do u know what's the latest edition? I've searched but doesn't get me past 2007 edition 3 !! :confused: I suppose they wouldn't have 2010 yet but atleast 2009 right? :idea:

I would look for memory aids on the long NCLEX facts sticky thread at the top of the forum. Copy down what you want to learn and go from there.
