Hello All,
I am a new graduate who is highly interested in Travel nursing, and have ran across this agency that says they have a new grad program for traveling through their agency. Has anyone heard of this agency or completed this program. I want to specialize in CARDIAC ICU: Scored an 1100 on my Critical Care HESI, and LOVE hemodynamics. So the theory part, at least I got that down. Any experiences with this agency?

Oh, Believe me, I've seen some at my job. But my expression is of excitement for the job. I take very well to constructive criticisms, and look forward to it because it is a learning process to be that expert nurse like you are. Constructive criticisms in my book don't mean belittling at all. To me, like I learned in my Leadership and Management book, it is to help build your skills, and is a positive experience. Who ever has me as a student is going to have a blast. I am your sponge to learning new ideas and skills. Excelsier (name dropping, lol), ooh, well then I feel sorry for them. Mine had a distance learning extension with a traditional base. So i guess you won't call it just an online based school. @NedRN, i'll keep you abreast of my experiences. It was fun chatting with you tonight. Oh, I forgot to mention, a lot of travel nursing is dealing with personalities, and less the skills--getting to know your environment with you being the "Travel Nurse". So you get all the heavy patients. I know some of the game out there. Been working in the healthcare industry with some travel nurses, and heard a lot of experiences, and a lot was just learning how to deal with the people. But, If I were to sit down and speak to you one on one about my experiences, gotta have a few days for that.
