tricks for all of the " who to asses first, who to check on first, teaching effective

Published

i had like 200 out of 240 that seemed on that topic.

everything was "who do you assess first, and when has teaching been effective about procedure X or Drug X to patient X"

A,B,C's didnt seem to work for me

and omg the "you were at a conference meeting about topic X, what indicates the nurse has successfully learned yadda yadda"

Also what do you do when you get questions about drug X or procedure X that you have never heard of?

just failed stressed depressed etc etc

Im assuming i got 240 because i couldn't get 60 or so in a row correct above level questions or whatever?

Omg I got exactly the same questions!!!

I heard that there is nclex book by Linda LaCharity (not sure about the last name) is a good book for delegation and prioritization .

well delegation seems easy enough.

RN- asses [admits/discharges] teaching, nursing judgment, drug administration

LPN/LVNnormal vs abnormal and sterile procedures

Assign stable patients with expected outcomes

[according to kaplan]

assistant-vitals etc

But prioritization ABC's just didnt seem to work or maslo

I had a more detailed post in the TIPS/Info big long post as well

so got my ATT can re test dec 28th
