TRI CITY MEDICAL CENTER NEW GRAD PROGRAM

Hi! I was wondering if anybody applied to Tri-city medical center new grad program for Winter 2023. It begins mid February and registration was about last month.

Hi! I saw in the other thread that you might have gotten the job at Tri-City? I'm interviewing with them in 2 weeks and just wondering what to expect for the interview and the timeline, etc if you don't mind?

Hi! Yes I did get an offer for Tele (but declined because I really wanted NICU!!). The interview was panel. About 9 ish people, and each person asked 1 question. Mostly about leadership, strengths/weakness, why do you want tri-city?, communication w/ staff and patients, and there was 1 scenario question (don't really remember but something about how you would handle an unconscious patient). Then I got a call about a week later w/ an offer!! They seemed to be organized w/ the offers and reached out when they said they would. However I was super disappointed because they knew I only wanted Nicu I made it very clear and they strung me along then offered me tele. But best of luck! What unit are you looking for??

My top choice was ED! In the email they said I'm being considered for ED, Forensics (whatever that means LOL), Monitored Medical unit, medsurg ortho, oncology, and tele. So I'm reallllyyy hoping they give me the ED, but now I probably should be prepared if thats not the one they offer to me. It's a relief tho to hear they get back to you relatively fast! 

Did you get into NICU?! I'm also being really stubborn and only wanting ED regardless of the competitive-ness ?
