Treatment for advanced Lyme disease in children

I am an adult nurse and asking advice from a peds nurse for a family member. Their 11-year-old daughter was diagnosed with panda related to lymes and they want to give her IV peroxide and IV lipids but never heard of this treatment before. She was on a Zithromax in and then doxycycline for 30 days.Is anyone familiar with this treatment or recommend anything else like hyperbaric or ivig?
