Is your unit made up of more travelers than house staff? I know of a unit that is probably 10 percent house staff and 90 percent travelers.

Yep. 80% of our ER left. It’s mostly travelers, agency contract, etc.

Yeah my unit has at least 50% travelers. It’s probably going to be increasingly the norm seeing how travelers make so much more money than regular staff.

The unit I work on at is nearly all travel. At night we have 2 charge nurses, 2 nurses, & 4 techs. We have 35 beds.
