I agree. OA will offer all of the above in their contract. I negotiated with them on a contract but decided on a different offer.

This is my first assigment and I am with Nurse Choice. It's 8 weeks, 48 hour guarantee, fully paid housing and got enough of a travel reimbursement that paid for round trip airfare and rental car for my stay.

My recruiter is great and really worked hard for me on this assignment in WA.
