Travel and the nursing touch

I am so happy to be traveling because it is wonderful, you get to go to different states and help others. I learned many things over the course of my travels, but one thing still stays very central in my mind. Another traveler that I met was very kind to me and took extra time to show me the ropes. This person knew what it meant to give the patient extra time and add the human touch into everything done. He held a patient's hand when in time of need, he was there to understand when a patient's last breath was taken, and he was the one who would me there in case someone needed a shoulder to cry on. It intreges me to know that throughout my travels, I will meet some wonderful people, and I can't wait to experience more to enhance my nursing knowledgea and also enhance my knowledge of more caring spirits like the one mentioned above.

Cool... thank you for sharing your thoughts and reflections...

I look forward to reading more of your posts!

Happy Holidays!!!
