Hi, I am new but would love some feedback on travel assignments.

I am a psych RN for 5yrs in NY and due to hospital closure am planning on traveling.

There is an assignment in West Virginia I am in negotiation with an agency.

Any input on salary and other perks would be greatly appreciated.

it is very hard to give you specific numbers, every hospital, agency and specialty pay is different. you can call different agencies and see what the average pay for your specialty

You can try posting in the West VA forum to find out the average salary for the area, that way you have a realistic number in mind when you try to negotiate
