Travel Nurse Buddy

Hey all,

I'm wondering what the best method to finding another RN to travel with is? I plan on traveling within the next year and it would be fun to find someone to do it with and explore new cities.

Posting here, and on Facebook. You will also meet other travelers in orientation who also want to explore and that will be an easier route than finding someone online who wants to go the same city, both of you finding jobs that start about the same time, and who you are compatible with. Staff members may find new places and excitement by going with you as well. Perhaps most locals have never done the touristy stuff. Ask a New Yorker if they've ever visited the Statute of Liberty or gone to the top of the Empire State Building!

Wondering the same thing actually. I just started traveling. Sure would be nice to have a roommate to split the costs. Trying to make money before I start school next yr.

You can find housemates on Craigslist almost anywhere. Advantage over trying to find some going to the same place at the same time, plus already furnished with utilities.
