Travel Nurse Agency site?

Hi everyone. My husband, brother, mother and father are all travel nurses. I am a web/graphic designer. (I guess this apple fell far from the tree!) My family and I were discussing travel nursing and they were saying how they wished that there was a directory of Nurse Agencies; short description of the company with a list of benefits offered (such as paid private housing, 401k etc), perhaps a way for travelers to rate these agencies, featured traveler stories, an updated list of highest paying jobs, and a forum to talk with other travelers.

I was just curious how many people would be interested in such a site? I wasn't very sure how many travelers there were that felt a need for such info.

There are actually several sites that have in place what you have discussed. We do not have any listings like that on this forum.

Moving this to the Travel Forum where it is more appropriate.

And to others that will follow me with posting here, we also do not permit the other sites or blogs to be listed here as they are essentially competition to this site.

Kind of like a Yellow Pages for agencies? I'm all for competition, but in this case I wouldn't want to see you waste your time creating a site without knowing there'd be some income involved.

Maybe off-topic, I'm not sure, but are there any sites out there that let you negotiate directly with hospitals and healthcare facilities? I don't want to overstep any of the forum's terms of use, so if this is a no-no post, let me know. But I was just sitting here questioning the whole Travel Nurse, Agency, Facility threesome and was wondering if anyone's found a way to deal directly with the facilities via the web.
