Hi Guys/Gals, is there not a place or site where some has a data base of do's and don't? Pros/Cons. Good agencies/bad agencies? It seems like there would be a place like that with all the forums and sites these day but I can't find one. I plan to start traveling in the fall and would really like to NOT make the mistakes that other people have.

PanTravelers is the go to site for everything about travel nursing. However, experience counts. Think about how hard you studied in nursing school. No mistakes your first year out? You will make mistakes in choices you make as a traveler, and learn from them.

Forget about good/bad agencies. It is more about your relationship with your recruiter and not about the agency brand. Especially for your first assignment - and don't worry too much about location or pay for your first, rather find a good fit so your first is successful. Fine tune after you know your adaptability to new clinical settings and your new found assignment preferences.
