  1. Hi Guys/Gals, is there not a place or site where some has a data base of do's and don't? Pros/Cons. Good agencies/bad agencies? It seems like there would be a place like that with all the forums and sites these day but I can't find one. I plan to start traveling in the fall and would really like to NOT make the mistakes that other people have.
  2. Hi guys/gals I am a 45 y/o male RN of 5 1/2 years. I will be at a point in my life where I will be able to travel. I plan on dedicating at least a year to this endeavor to see if I like it and probably a max of 5 years unless I end up loving it. When giving up the comfort zone of a regular job that I actually like (small hospital ER) I plan on becoming very educated in this whole travel nurse thing in the next 2-3 months. Is there any really good websites I should check out? I frequent many message board forums with my personal life hobbies and find them excellent sources of info. I want to know how to choose a good agency, how to figure out these complicated pay systems, best living arrangements (motels, rent a room, agency housing, my travel trailer) etc. I will be doing more for compensation vs. travel (90/10 money/travel ration) So thanks for any light shedding you may do. My name is Gerald and I'm a married man of 27 years (yeah we married young) with two adult sons and 2 grandchildren. Thanks, Gerald
