Hey y'all. Just a bit of information for context... I'm in my very last semester of nursing school. I am currently a CNA on a med surg floor. I've been told I would transition into the RN position.
I've been told good things and it seems promising. However, is this just a verbal offer or will I receive a written offer? I know it's a few months until May, but I'm anxious because it's really important to me. I've been told details about what happens after you graduate
edit: and my manager was glad about my interest
Been there,done that, ASN, RN

You would not "transition" to an RN position. You need to apply for the job and interview. Being a CNA on the unit gets you nothing.
