Transfer of Edukann A&P Credit

Hi,

I have taken A&P online throught Edukann and am worried whether or not it will tranfer to some colleges since the lab was done online and some schools don't like that! Anyone going to a school that accepts it, I'm curious. Has anyone on here used Edukann? Thanks.

Hi Dave,

There are quite a few of us here who have taken AP and other science courses through Edukan with no problem. If you have an idea what nursing program you want to attend, it is always best to check with them prior to signing up so you don't waste your time.

Dave,

I took A&PII w/ Edukan. The Director of my nursing school said that it doesn't matter where the classes were taken as long as the school was accredited. Since all of the schools w/ Edukan are accredited, I had no problem. Mel

Did you do A&P1 and 2 or did you do the 1 A&P class? If you just did the 1 semester class, that might be the only problem I can think of. Most school require either A&P1 and 2 or taking Anatomy and physiology separate. I've been told by several schools that as long as the school is accredited it is fine.

Darn all these schools that are soooo different. Mine will not accept on-line science courses but will accept a 16 week combined A&P.
